Smart Group Scotland’s current development project for 2024/2025 in partnership with S2 Architecture that Impact are supporting on. Brand new luxury living in the heart of Lenzie, comprising of three bespoke homes created in collaboration with some of the countries best tradesmen.

One of our favourite home projects to date in partnership with our friends S2 Architecture. A complete renovation of the existing home, with the addition of a contemporary corner extension to create an open plan family space with bespoke bifold doors to flow out into garden living.

Another complete transformation from the Impact Joinery team, quoted as “arguably the finest penthouse in the city” by Glasgow Live. We were thrilled to be apart of this one of a kind transformation in the heart of the Merchant City in the iconic Old Sheriff Court building last year.
